Notes on How to Open an Account:
A fully completed specific SIPP Share Application is required for a SIPP scheme. A deposit application is required for all other applications. Personal details are required for all signatories
Identification will be required for all signatories, and two original or certified forms of identification are needed to prove name and verification of address. Ideally, these will be a passport, driving licence and recent utility bill. All signatories must be over 18 years old
A copy of the Pension Deed and Scheme details will be required
