Aimed At
All types of business client, including sole traders, partnerships, Limited Companies and registered charities. Clients who currently have money deposited in a savings account with another financial organisation, perhaps in a call account or Business Reserve account, where funds have been built up to cover any business expense, or alternatively have been accumulated from asset sales or previous profits.

Benefits
We currently have two accounts in the range. We offer an easy access account, which pays a variable rate of interest at 1.15% gross, for amounts above £1. For those clients who can give 30 days’ notice on withdrawals, we have an account which pays a variable rate of interest of 1.40% gross again on deposits above £1.

Overview of the Business Direct Account
A postal deposit account, we accept deposits by cheque, BACS or CHAPS. Funds are available for withdrawal on request and without penalty on the Business Direct account.
Bath Building Society Winner of “Best No Notice Business Account Provider”

On the Business Direct 30 account, we require 30 days’ notice or a charge of 30 days’ interest is made on the amount withdrawn. All withdrawals are processed by BACS transfer back to the client’s nominated bank account, at no charge for up to two withdrawals per month. To facilitate transfer requests we will accept email instructions from a client’s nominated email address.
