Benefits
Instant account available for all Trusts where the Trustees and beneficiaries are named and identified. A 60 day notice account is also available where funds are for the benefit of a discretionary trust. Both accounts attract a variable rate of interest, currently 0.75% gross.
This type of account can also benefit from the Society’s Qualifying Time Deposit, where there is more than £50,000 available to tie up for a fixed period of between 1 and 12 months.
Trust Account
We will work closely with all potential clients to facilitate the account opening and identification process, to ensure this runs smoothly. Investments can be from £1 and above, with the first deposit being by cheque drawn on a
UK bank account in the name of the Trust or Trustees. All withdrawals will need to be in accordance with any restriction of the Trust Deed.
